WELCOME, We are Noe Middle S.T.L.P. and that stands for STUDENT TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM, We help, understand, and correspond what your problem is.
In our group, the six of us, we usually take things seriously. S.T.L.P. is a world wide program across the state and America. It is 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and so on. It is not k-12 because technology is really taught in Kindergarten, 1st grade, nor is it in 2nd.
IS IT MANDATORY FOR OTHER SCHOOLS?
The answer is no, it is not mandatory. It is an extracurricular activity that is good for high school and middle school resumes. It is common if some schools don't provide it, but could soon to be created. It is also a great in school, and after school activity.
With Noe Middle School being a resides school and a magnet school, many resides and magnet students sign up to be in this program. It really doesn't matter about the status and ranking of the student academic wise, it is a good educational process and helps with technology so that they can help others with technology.
IS IT A REQUIREMENT FOR SCHOOLS TO HAVE IT?
The answer is, no, schools do not have to have it. It is the principal's decision to use it. If they do, they are authorized because they are in the district of JCPS.
